Big League Cheerleader of the Year - North Queensland Cowboys
Cowboys Spirit cheerleaders Kiaya Price and Prue Clark are friendly rivals this week as they bid to become the Cowboys’ representative in the final 16 of the Big League Cheerleader of the Year competition. You can vote for either of the lovely ladies on the Big League Facebook Page.
Prue, 24, is in her fifth season as a cheerleader for North Queensland and says performing at the 2005 grand final against Wests Tigers is the highlight of her career so far. As well as cheering on North Queensland at each home game and at special club events, Pru works as a physiotherapist at the Cerebral Palsy League and enjoys playing touch football.
Kiaya, 21, has been with the Spirit for three seasons and says scoring the best seat in the stadium to cheer the boys on and the challenge of learning a new routine for each game are the best parts of being a cheerleader. She lists Michael Morgan as her favourite Cowboy and is working as a beauty therapist after completing a diploma in beauty therapy.
Good Luck Girls!!
xx
