Oh my, I love a little paparazzi action to kick start the day.... especially when it's my crazy trainer tearing up the sidewalks of Sydney!!

Click, Snap - Naaaailed It!! (wait.. is that a smile Spuddy?)

Would you just look at the weapons weerrking the sidewalk at SPUDDS Gym this week! Sophie Monk and Mark "Spudd" Carroll were papped before one of her training sessions and let's be honest here The Daily Mail need to pump the breaks and ease up on saucy Sophie!

Heaven knows i look like a complete hot mess when i head into training and that's the point of it - you walk in looking "meh" but you leave with the most bangin buns, tum and thighs and the most delicious spring in your foxy step.

So brush up that fox tail girlfriend and Whip. It. Gooood!!

(pssst. As a side note i would like to mention that i have never once received this car-to-door service from Spudd.... the closest i get is this when im leaving... "Try not to crash your car this week you idiot!")
