Newcastle Knights cheerleaders attended a special race-day fundraising event for Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation (HBCF) at Newcastle Jockey Club on Saturday.
The Knights Hogs Breath cheerleaders did a magnificent job collecting donations from punters and helping to raise awareness of HBCF and their support services.
The Club also donated a signed jersey for auction at the event and football boots supplier, Blades, donated a pair of pink boots also signed by Knights players.
The two auction items and the bucket collection raised in excess of $3,200 for the HBCF and these funds will be used to support the vital services provided by the Foundation to breast cancer patients and their families in the Hunter.
