We've envied her luscious golden glow from a far for more than one would like to admit and now Jennifer Hawkins is handing us the secret to her scrumptiousness! Oh yes she is!

The launch of J-Hawk’s new self-tanning range, Jbronze, is enough to send any cheerleader into an excitement meltdown – and i was no exception. It’s no secret that like most girls i love love love a good fake tan - infact - any product that can help me achieve that illusion of “Maybe she’s born with it?”....... but lets get real here..... im TOTALLY a “Maybe it’s Maybelline” kinda girl!

So over the weekend i gave the ex Newcastle Knights Cheerleader’s products a whirl and im a complete convert - im hooked! Even though i was utterly devastated to discover that you DO NOT in fact turn into Miss Universe simply upon applying the tan i will still continue to use it in hope of a miracle!

The Dark Tanning Mousse is dreamy mc dreamy and ticks all the boxes for fabulous tanning:
1. The mousse is dark upon applying to the skin so you know exactly what you have and haven’t covered
2. It dries almost instantly and doesn’t leave you with that horrid sticky feeling – you can jump in some sweats and get about your business without having to walk around like a robot
3. The scent of the tan is as good as it gets and although i can’t promise your Boyfriend won’t catch you out – you could  get away with saying its a new tropical moisturiser!
4. After 5 hours i was DARK.... like Bodacious Brazilian Dark which is just how i like it and that was only from 1 coat. Imagine the results after the second coat? Oh yeh – take me to Tan Land!

And to finish off i thought i would share some of my game day Seabird tanning secrets. In my eyes one can never be too tanned out on the field and swapping and sharing tips with each other at Manly is always fun. So here goes...

1. Once ive showered and washed off my tan (Jbronze Dark Tanning Mousse) i completely SMOTHER myself with a delicious product im certain not many people have discovered the brilliance of - KENYAK Emulsifying Ointment!
I only stumbled across this hidden gem from developing late onset Eczema a few years ago and it has been a lifesaver and cured me of my skin woes! It is the most luxuriously moisturising body ointment you can find and it keeps your skin glistening and smooth for hours and hours after application. It’s such a deep moisture burst for the skin and as everyone knows with tanning – it sucks the moisture right out. So this product is the super hero of all post-tan moisturises! I swear by it! Get involved.... give this beauty a try and see how addicted you will become. Plus side too – it's super cheap and you can find it in a big tub at most pharmacy’s. SNAAAAP!

2. Ive recently fallen in love with tanning mitts – you know – the cushy oven mitt type things that protect your palms from turning orange. They are completely faboosh and help spread the tan easily all over. I also LOVE using them when i use Le Tan Flawless Legs Body Make Up to enhance my tan further – cover yourself in the Emulsifying Ointment then start spraying away with the Le Tan Body Make-Up and the results are so so smooth with great coverage.

3. And finally apply some bronzing powder to finish to add some game day glimmer to your skin. I will keep this one a secret but most sparkly bronzers will give you a fab result!

Also please remember – even if like me - you are totally Team Jacob from the Twilight movie saga and follow the motto “TEAM JACOB: cause real men don’t Sparkle” nowhere in there does it say "Wo-men" – so get your sparkle on girlfriends!!
