Last night at Seabird training we had such a special guest...ex Manly Seabird now Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Angela!! Holy moly is was so nice to be able to give her a squeeze and see her sweet self back in the manly nest - even if it was for only one night. We were treated to plenty of flash advice and tips of the trade and were given so many pointers that will only improve our squad as a whole. It was exciting stuff!!
